What Our First Cohort Taught Me (And What's Coming in Cohort 2)

We just wrapped up the first cohort of The Ageless Reset, and I need to share what happened — because it exceeded everything I imagined.

After 40 years in fitness and nutrition, I thought I knew what to expect when I launched this program. I was wrong. Not about the science — that delivered exactly as I designed it to. I was wrong about the depth of transformation that happens when you combine science with soul, and when women stop trying to do this alone.

Here's what I learned.

The community changed everything. I built The Ageless Reset with a private community component because I believe in sisterhood. But what happened in that space went beyond support. Women who had been telling themselves they were broken started seeing themselves reflected in each other's stories. They realized they weren't failing — they'd just been given the wrong playbook. That shift in identity was more powerful than any meal plan I could write.

Protein was the game-changer most women didn't expect. Nearly every woman in Cohort 1 was significantly under-eating protein. When we restructured their nutrition with a protein-first approach, the changes were fast. More energy. Better sleep. Reduced cravings. Several women reported that the brain fog they'd accepted as permanent started lifting within the first two weeks.

Mindset work isn't optional — it's foundational. The women who had the biggest transformations weren't necessarily the ones who followed the nutrition plan most perfectly. They were the ones who engaged with the mindset component. The ones who challenged the story that midlife means decline. The ones who stopped apologizing for prioritizing themselves.

The 1:1 onboarding call made a real difference. Starting with a personal call let me tailor the program to each woman's unique situation. No two bodies are the same, especially in midlife. That personal connection at the start set the tone for everything that followed.

So what's changing for Cohort 2?

Based on what I learned, I've refined the weekly content to be even more actionable. I've added more real-time support during the first two weeks when the biggest shifts happen. And I've expanded the longevity nutrition resources based on what women asked for most.

What isn't changing? The intimate group size. The private onboarding call. The 12 months of community support. And the core Science & Soul framework that makes this program unlike anything else out there.

Cohort 2 of The Ageless Reset begins March 16. Sign-ups close March 6. Only 20 spots. If the first cohort taught me anything, it's that the women who say yes to themselves are the ones who transform.
